Anti-climb paint is a thick glutinous coating. In appearance it is similar to smooth gloss paint when applied but remains slippery indefinitely so preventing any intruder from gaining a foothold. It is very difficult to remove from clothing. Anti-climb paint continues to work in hot or cold weather conditions adhering to the surfaces to which it is applied. Note: As a lawful requirement do not apply under 2m height, users must erect a warning sign after Anti Climb has been applied. Manufactured in the UK by FLAG Paints Ltd. Theoretical spreading rate: 2.5 litres per sq. metre.

Specifically developed to provide instant waterproofing for leaking roofs, an all-weather product that can be applied even in damp conditions. Roofix 20/10 can be used to repair specific areas that are leaking or totally waterproof an entire roof. This product is multi-purpose and can be utilised on a wide variety of problem areas. A single pack elastomeric acrylic based (non bitumastic) compound, with built in Draylon fibre reinforcement, providing excellent flexibility and durability. Provides exceptional adhesion to virtually any roofing material. Roofix 20/10 does not require special primers, and can provide long term protection in excess of 10 years. Coverage 1L = 1 sq. m.
