Morning, just a quick email to say that I am rather impressed with Flag's vinyl matt emulsion. I have had some good results and it seems to wear well, I have used in a number of rental properties. Also used your smooth masonry paint and I would happily use again. 
I have been a professional painter for 16 years and I think when you consider the price of Flag paint (toolstation) it has to be up there with the with top trade brands. 
As I'm sure you know there have been lots of problems with trade paint since 2010 VOCs regulations and I've had numerous issues with Dulux Trade, Johnstone's and Crown Trade to name a few.

I just used my first tin of FLAG Acrylic water based Primer. I just wanted to thank you for an outstanding product. I had about 2.5m2 of bare pinewood to paint and a single coat of this product totally obliterated any sign of the timber substrate including a couple of resin spots. Undercoat and top coat went on perfectly. The icing on the cake was the price - just under half the price of any rival. I purchased it from Toolstation. Absolutely delighted so will now be trying your other products!
