Competition Terms and Conditions:
The prize is a cheque payment for £750.
Entrants are required to provide their contact details and answer a multiple choice question. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Only 1 entry is permitted per person. Use of multiple entries or entries with false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition – entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of entrants to notify FLAG Paints Ltd of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required.
The winner will be drawn on 2nd July 2014 at the premises of FLAG Paints Ltd.
The opening date is 14th February 2014.
The closing date is 30th June 2014 (11pm GMT).
This contest is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees, and their respective families, of FLAG Paints Ltd are not eligible to enter.
The promoter is FLAG Paints Ltd, 8 Springfield Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, CM0 8UA.
The winner will be notified ASAP and no later than the 7th July 2014.
The £750 prize cheque will be delivered within 21 days of notification.
FLAG Paints Ltd will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence. The winner will be announced on the FLAG Paints Ltd website and various other sources. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the competition entry form. The winner will not be expected to participate in publicity.
FLAG Paints Ltd does not endorse any Prize supplied by a third party nor does it endorse any third party supplier. The Prize will only be delivered to an address within the UK. The FLAG Paints Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party claiming connection with this competition.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
FLAG Paints Ltd shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the promoter’s negligence.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. FLAG Paints Ltd's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court
